HOSPICE of the IE and OC. is a team or professionals ready to care for your family. Our program is reflective of a spirit and idea of caring that emphasizes comfort and dignity for the patient, making it possible for them to remain independent for as long as possible, in familiar surroundings.

Hospice Care is centered on both the patient and family/caregiver. Our hospice personnel at HOSPICE of the IE and OC. will respect and respond to the unique differences in family/caregiver, lifestyle, values and wishes. Care provided through us is tailored made in an individualized care plan that suits the specific needs of each patient.
